Business Analysis 2011 was a very succesful event with some inspiring sessions, and we met many interesting people. In 2010 we presented a paper about moving from business models into system solution. We demonstrated the value of Business Process Models as a way of mitigating so-called scope creep, and improving the alignment between business need and system solution.
